Returning Prescription Medications

As a licensed supplier of veterinary medicines, we must meet and provide proof of storage conditions for medicines, which takes into account temperature, light and humidity.

While we understand that it unlikely that the conditions have been breached, we cannot provide evidence of storage conditions after medications have left our building and would be unable to reuse them for other animals.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter and recommend that you order your medications in realistic amounts in case your pets requirements change.
